There is limited permanent seating on the wharf, so please take the portable chairs located in your cottage. Please do not leave these chairs on the wharf. You may store chairs, fishing, boating, or swimming gear in the locker on the wharf with the corresponding cottage number. There is a lock provided in the cottage for use in securing the lockers at the wharf.
Speed limit at the compound is 10 mph. Watch for blind spots and of course, anything with 2-4 legs.
The cottages are fully furnished for your use. At the conclusion of your stay, please leave all cookware clean and in their proper places. Also please place all trash in the can outside with the lid closed tightly. (Racoons are very good at getting into cans.) Please turn off all lights, air conditioners / heaters, and other appliances and leave your keys inside the cottage.
PLEASE no smoking inside the cottages.
There is no housekeeping service.
No pets are allowed.
